Returns & Refunds Policy – Liam Lamps

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, returns are subject to the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by sending photo or video proof to:

In such cases, we offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, the same conditions as above apply.

Returns for Personal Reasons

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, as all products are made to order.

In exceptional cases where a return is accepted:

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
  • The item must be unused and in perfect condition

Return Window

If no issue is reported within 3 days of delivery, the product will be considered accepted.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Liam Lamps reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
